Triple Threatâ„¢

NAD+ 100mg | 5-Amino-1MQ 10mg | MOTS-C 10mg

Three complementary metabolic research compounds. One powerful research platform.

Triple Threatâ„¢ combines NAD+, 5-Amino-1MQ, and MOTS-C to explore interconnected pathways involved in cellular energy production, NAD+ metabolism, mitochondrial signaling, metabolic flexibility, and healthy-aging research.

The Science Behind the Stack

NAD+ is an essential cellular coenzyme involved in hundreds of metabolic reactions, including mitochondrial energy production, redox balance, and signaling pathways associated with cellular stress and aging.

5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule NNMT inhibitor, not a peptide. NNMT regulates nicotinamide metabolism and is being investigated as a target in research involving NAD+ precursor availability, adipocyte biology, and metabolic function. Preclinical studies have reported changes in NAD+ levels and metabolic parameters following NNMT inhibition.

MOTS-C is a mitochondria-derived peptide encoded within mitochondrial DNA. Research has linked MOTS-C to AMPK signaling, energy metabolism, glucose regulation, stress adaptation, and mitochondrial biology.

Why Combine Them?

Triple Threatâ„¢ brings together three different areas of metabolic research:

NAD+

  • Cellular energy metabolism
  • Redox balance
  • Mitochondrial function
  • Sirtuin-related signaling
  • Cellular-aging research

5-Amino-1MQ

  • NNMT inhibition
  • NAD+ precursor metabolism
  • Adipocyte biology
  • Metabolic signaling
  • Energy metabolism research

MOTS-C

  • AMPK signaling
  • Mitochondrial function
  • Glucose metabolism
  • Metabolic flexibility
  • Exercise and stress-adaptation research

The combination is scientifically interesting because the compounds operate through different but interconnected metabolic pathways rather than simply targeting the same mechanism. However, there are currently no clinical studies establishing that this exact three-compound combination produces additive or synergistic effects in humans.

The Research Concept

NAD+ Biology → NNMT Inhibition → Mitochondrial Signaling → Cellular Energy → Metabolic Adaptation

This makes Triple Threatâ„¢ particularly interesting for research involving mitochondrial health, cellular energy, metabolic function, exercise physiology, and longevity biology.

Important Research Note

The evidence base is not equal across all three components. NAD+ biology is extensively studied, while 5-Amino-1MQ remains predominantly preclinical with no established human clinical efficacy data, and MOTS-C research is also largely preclinical with limited human investigation.

Triple Threatâ„¢ should therefore be viewed as an experimental research combination, not an established treatment or proven longevity protocol.
